The Meerkats perspective

(Catch It!)

Early in the morning in the vast desert, I woke up in a big, dark and quiet cave with a pile of meerkats as the other naughty meerkats woke up.I got out of the cave eager to check the pink dragon fruit.

I saw a pink dragon fruit hanging on the tree, so I rushed to the tree🌲 and touched it softly and the dragon fruit smelt like smelly sparkly strawberries, and the other naughty meerkats touched softly too. We jumped down and stared at the fruit then my perfect sister Isabela came and joined then… the big bad vulture came, Me and the naughty meerkats and my purrfect sister ran back to the big,dark and quiet cave, I was scared, I took a nervously peek then the big bad vulture, was checking then took the pink dragon fruit fast.

I was shocked. Me and the naughty meerkats got out and we put out our fluffy paws and my purrfect sister, Isabela also put her fluffy paws out and we all screamed out loud, “ ROAR!!!!!!!!!!”. So we all started running super-duper fast, the big bad vulture turned around without moving its body, the vulture got shocked and the vulture eyes turned big so he started flying as fast as he could. I saw the pink dragon fruit, I jumped up and held the pink dragon fruit.

 The vulture was wiggling himself, I fell off the big bad vulture’s claws and rolled over and ran super-duper fast. I went to my sibling who was naughty and jumped on him gently then jumped on the vulture’s sharp claws. My sibling the naughty meerkat jumped high then held my paws and that’s what the naughty meerkats and my purrfect sister did. The big,bad vulture zooooooooooooooomd to the sky, the big, bad vulture shaked his body then we all fell and also the pink dragon fruit fell, so I tooked fast, the big,bad vulture turned around, he zooooooooooooooomd towards me. 

I passed it to one of my siblings before the vulture zoomed towards me and my sibling passed one of their siblings. The naughty meerkat was trying to pass it to one of the naughty meerkats then the big, bad vulture was trying to get the pink dragon fruit but instead the big,bad vulture missed! We were all falling, we were nearly to the ground, the vulture got the dragon fruit, we were all on the ground and the vulture wasn’t looking where he was going, turned his head to the front then he…..crashed!

The pink dragon fruit fell, I ran to the pink dragon fruit, the fruit went high, so I had to run back and I caught it and we were so happy that we saved the pink dragon fruit, I kicked it like a rugby ball, the pink dragon fruit went….splaaaaat! We were standing still.

The black hole ⚫

Last week I was inside my office, and something scary happened…

I was printing a picture of my work and it wasn’t working so I kicked the printer.There was a picture that I didn’t print and I saw a black circle so I took a drink and put the plastic cup on the paper then the plastic cup disappeared. I took a look at the black circle, I was gonna put my hand inside, but then I was too scared, so I tried again I took the plastic cup out of the black circle and put the plastic cup on the edge of the printer, I took the piece of paper and put my hand inside the black circle.

I went to the vending machine, I put the piece of paper on the vending machine

I put my hand through the black circle and I got a chocolate bar. I went to the door that was locked, I used the paper and put my hand inside the black circle to unlock the door. Once I unlocked the door, I got my hand out and took the paper then I opened the door and saw a safe. I put the paper on the safe, I took something out, it was cash, I took lots of cash. I put my whole body inside the safe, to see if there was cash, then the piece of paper fell, BANG!, the safe closed, I couldn’t get out.

I was stuck forever, then I got hungry, I was looking for food, I didn’t find food, but then I heard loud footsteps coming from the door that I unlocked, the people saw money on the ground and a piece of paper, the first person unlocked the safe and saw me, I told her what had happened, I was about to talk but then the she said, “ Why is their a piece of paper and lots of money on the ground?”. I didn’t say anything at all, she repeated the same thing. I was sweating so bad, I didn’t have a choice, so I decided to lie. I said, “Someone put me in and left the money on the ground.” , “Are you sure? She said, “Don’t lie”. My face turned red,so she just put all the money away, gave me the piece of paper and she went away and  I went back to my office and took a break. THE END.
